"China Air or Air China?!" Bali Transportation Tip by Hexepatty

China Air... Air China... (Taiwanese Carrier) Prices are high given their recent SAFETY Accident record (two 747s destroyed w/ major fatalities w/in 4 months). Food SUCKS but FA's are young and cute (according to my husband, but any FA under 80 years is a MIRACLE if you fly US carriers. He's easily impressed.) We Survived Air China & it Was cheaper than Continental & Garuda, but I don't know if I'd fly 'em again. I hate having to be HAPPY and CLAP when I land. That should be a GIVEN, okay? Another reason to pass on CI: they make you overnite in Taipei, which wastes a day in both directions!

(To be a tour guide costs MONEY and takes TIME. And you have to be LICENSED tour guide.) So again, he's a DRIVER that will serve you GREAT as transport; and OK as a unofficial tour guide. (We read Lonely Planet Guide aloud so we all learned!) HINT? Don't rent a motorcycle despite how attractive it might look. Accidents ALL the time!
