Old Country Buffet is part of a nationwide chain of all-you-can-eat buffets. You pay one price and eat all you can. I love that kind of restaurant because if you leave hungry, it's your fault. There used to be one in Richmond. With a glutton like me in town, I can't figure out why it closed. However, there are still some in the Northeast. I can vouch for the ones in Allentown, Pennsylvania and Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Favorite Dish: There is a labyrinth of hot and cold food bars for salads, hot entrees, and dessert. The best thing to do is to sample a very little bit of EVERYTHING so you can do it all and still be able to fit into your car (especially if it's one of those little bitty foreign jobs).

Price Comparison: least expensive
Price: less than US$10
