Bill's Barbecue is a regional chain of barbecue restaurants. They have mainly stand-alone restaurants, but there are some food court booths at Virginia Centre Commons and The Shops at Willow Lawn.

Favorite Dish: Minced pork barbecue, large fries (chips to my friends in the U.K.), and limeade. The limeade isn't made from concentrate, but rather from carbonated sugar water with a generous squeeze of lime juice. Sometimes, the simpler the better. The barbecue is fairly good, the limeade is great, but they don't serve hush puppies.

Address: There are several locations in the Richmond area.
