Favorite thing:
We are in the Altstadt now. One thing you certainly have to do is climb the tower. Yes... I know!!! A lot of steps up the tower to get to the top! Yes, hahaha, I admit it : I was exhausted by the time I reached the top. But the view from here is really great. When you take a look at the next view pictures, you know what you will be missing if you are too lazy to climb it :-))

The tower was built 1442-1450. This magnificent tower has a 16th century bulbous cupola. In former times the Tower housed a prison cell.

The Tower offers stunning views over Innsbruck’s roofs and the surrounding Alpine scenery.

Opening times: Daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

In July/August/September: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
