Diving or snorkelling off The Great Barrier Reef.
The most amazing experience of my life - to date. The underwater world, which unfolded in front of my very eyes, made me forget my childhood fear of water covering my face, and the feeling of panicked claustrophobia, which normally accompanies it. I was cured! I was following a huge black fish of some kind before I noticed that I hadn?t hung around long enough to find out how to dive wearing a snorkel. I swallowed a bit of water and pulled off my mask when I surfaced. Then I had no spit left (due to the salt and one of the divers had to spit in my mask to clear it for me.) Normally something like that would have caused me to beach and order a martini but I flicked off again to see what else I could find.

Directions: The Great Barrier Reef is one of the worlds greatest natural wonders and should be included on everyones trip to Australia. The memories of this experience wil stay with me forever.
