"There is something of a joke..." Kansas City Favorite Tip by Nomad_2001

Favorite thing: There is something of a joke about Kansas, that when you are passing through you MUST drive through quickly to avert the boredom that might ensue. However, if you happen upon Kansas City, Kansas (one of the larger cities in both Kansas and Missouri), there is reason to stop for a while and take in the surroundings. I have heard that it is a great, economical and safe place to live. Not to mention that the University of Missouri, Kansas City has an excellerated medical school program that effectively combines college and medical school-- but you must be very focused and very exceptional at a high school age to gain admittance. (I would NOT have qualified!)
