"Ordu is in the Black-sea coast..." Ordu Ili Transportation Tip by Betul

Ordu Ili Transportation: 1 reviews and 1 photos

Ordu is in the Black-sea coast of Turkey, between the cities Samsun and Giresun.
It is a bit far from Istanbul by bus(12hours)
From Ankara, it is 9 hours by bus. The best firm is Ulusoy, quite comfortable.
Unfortunately there is no flight to Ordu but you may fly to Samsun Airport(2,5 hours by bus from the airport) or you may fly to Trabzon Airport(4 hours to Ordu by bus)
City center is not so big. The most populer street is Fidangor.
There is another important street named after the first mayor, Suleyman Felek.
Boztepe(good for the bird eye view of the city)is like 6-7km to the city centre-elevation is sthing 700m.
Pasaoglu Konagi is the only museum where you can see an example of old Ordu life. Actually it was a house of an rich man.(Pasa)
