"The Markets - There are many..." Chatuchak Park Tip by gaolei

Chatuchak Park, Bangkok: 3 reviews and 6 photos

The Markets - There are many flea markets in Bangkok. The weekend markets are especially good. Ask Your hotel about how to get to Chatuchak Market. I went there by taxi once, but I found out later the skytrain has a stop at Mo Chit, and the market is across the street from the skytrain stop. It looks like it would be easy to get there by Skytrain, because you avoid the traffic and the usual fare fight with the taxi driver.

You will find a lot of new things that are not in the street markets and a lot of the old tourist junk that is everywhere. The difference is that the tourist junk is much cheaper here.

Directions: Mo Chit Skytrain or Chatuchak Park subway
