Although tish church has thousand years history its interior is a mixture of Romanesque, Gothic, Baroque and Classicism architectural styles. Roof of the church was totally destroyed during WW II by Royal and US Air Forces. So, roof was made in 1950s. The real masterpiece is so-called Gate of Heaven before the high altar. This gate if typical late gothic and decorated by the statues of saints, two of them are military and wear armors. They are probably Saint George and Saint Gereon. High altar behind the gate is baroque.
