Cruz de Ferro , (the iron Cross) is one of the best known places along the Camino. It is a place, where a lot of peregrinos / pilgrims will put a stone on top of the large heap of stones. Most peregrinos put that stone into their rucksack already at home and place it there in the hope to also leave back a bad habit or some other problems of their life.
