"Visit the top" Bengtskär Things to Do Tip by akkipaa

If I remember correctly there are 248 steps to the top. Be there when it's dark (and be carefull, the lamp blinks three times during 20 secs.

Location: 59° 43,4' N 22° 30,1' E.

The place in the tower (photo 2) tells that the lamp was made by the famous French optical firm Barbier, Bernard and Turenne from Paris. The same manufacturer's lamp can be found from e.g Point Vicente, California.
