Favorite thing: Travel by Thai Airways always have been a good experience for me, in all I have traveled with them for 12 times to Bangkok and Bali all ways. Their service is really very good but in their recent flights I noticed that they have reduced the quality of food and drinks. They are now serving very cheap Scotch , no Black Label or Chivas anymore! I also noticed during flight to Bali that they are serving the same brand, I asked why so, they replied they are coming from China all their whiskeys are finished. But again then we noticed the same whiskey being served during our flight to Bangkok, last month. Food is also in limited supply , we paid the full fare the escalated one from Rs.16000/- return to Rs. 27500/- charged for the festival season almost business class fare. While booking we were asked what food we shall prefer? But during flight we were just served what they had, my wife had to satisfy with their bland vegetarian , though she likes vegetarian food.

Well, got got ourselves compensated with a can of Coke! Smart marketing?
