Yuzhnaya Things to Do: 6 reviews and 30 photos
Regular service is held at St.Seraphim's Church that occupies the old two-storeyed administration building.
The church is named agter St.Seraphim of Sarov, an outstanding Russian saint.
You can see an icon's shop to your right upon entering the building.
There is a container with sanctified water and a photo exhibition of the local parish to your right.
To get into the liturgy room, which is in the middle of the second floor, you have to climb the staircase. Before climbing the stairs, you will see two icons of great Russian saints: the icon of Prince St.Alexander Nevsky (to your left) and the icon of St.Seraphim of Sarov (to your right).
The liturgy room is small, but big enough to house all the local parishioners.
The church dean, Father Alexander, commissioned the constructino of the baptistry outside the building, just next to Holy Pochayiv Church.
Directions: behind Dzerzhinsky Leisure Center
