Holy Hog is a great new barbecue place on Henderson just a half mile from my house. They did a really nice remodel job and opened up wonderful little restaurant.

They have a great variety of smoked meats including slabs of St. Louis pork ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, whole chickens, smoked pork sausage, Angus beef ribs, hamburgers, wings and more. Their sides are almost as impressive, with Brunswick stew, cole slaw, collard greens, fries, mac and cheese, baked beans, roasted corn, fried okra, potato salad, southwest corn medley, black eyed peas n ham, bacon and cheddar cornbread, and green beans.

For lunch one day I had a smoked sausage sandwich with mac and cheese and the bacon and cheddar cornbread along with a drink for about $10.
