A special place with vast forests, large plains with wild horses, deer and other animals. And picturesque small villages. One of the villages has especially many magic shops.
I would like to come some day and try it on bicycle, as I can imagine that to be be best way to experience it all.
A good place to start is the "capital" of New Forest, Lyndhurst. The village also has the New Forest Visitor Centre.

Why the name "new"? Is it a new forest? Well yes it was, just about 1000 years ago...

Directions: East of Ringwood and just north of Bournemouth
