Dingle Dell: "A great B&B in Dorset" Osmington Hotel Tip by King_Golo
Osmington Hotels: 1 reviews and 1 photos
Dingle Dell is run by Joyce and Bill, both in their 70s and among the friendliest B&B owners we have met so far. They live in a nice cottage with a beautiful garden and a view on the famous White Horse of Osmington. The B&B is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the already quiet village, so tranquility is guaranteed. With the exception of a barking dog or a chirping bird you won't hear any noises. The location is perfect as a base to discover Dorset's Jurassic Coast. It's not too far away from bigger places such as Weymouth (10min by car), but without its rather annoying mixture of kitschy shops and second-rate attractions. You can enjoy some nice walks in the hills surrounding the village or towards the sea.
Prices are standard at £64 per night for a double room, but you will get a great Full English Breakfast and a super-cosy bed for the price.
