Edenkoben is easy to reach by train. The town is located on the regional railway line between Neustadt/Weinstraße and Landau. Only Regionalbahnen (RB trains) stop there, though. This means one train per hour to Neustadt and one train per hour to Karlsruhe via Landau. The station, more a stop along the straight tracks, has but two platforms, one per direction. The railway line must be crossed via an underground passage which has both stairs and ramps.
In Neustadt and Karlsruhe you can connect to the long-distance ICE network. In Landau there are connections to Wissembourg/Alsace, in western direction to Pirmasens and east to Germersheim/Speyer.

This area, Southern Palatine, is part of both the VRN and the KVV. Tickets of both public transport networks can be used on these trains. The station is not manned; tickets must be obtained from the ticket machines.

The train station is located on the eastern edge of the town. To the town centre you'll walk about 15-20 minutes.
