"By Hurtigruten to Harstad" Top 5 Page for this destination Norway Transportation Tip by globetrott

Hurtigruten has a regular stop in Harstad on the northbound voyage at 06.45 - 08.00am and in the southbound voyage between 08.00 and 08.30am. So all you can do is take a short walk to town, BUT all the sights that are explained here in my page are much too far away to do that while the ship is in port.
So you have to take the bustour from Harstad to Sortland like I did, and I really enjoyed it a lot !
And when your tour is almost over - you might be lucky like I was : while we crossed the bridge in order to join our ship in Sortland, our ship passed by right under that bridge - see it in my last picture !
