Once this factory was the pride and joy of Buderim but alas "progress" forced the move to Yandina...so Yandina now benefits from having"Buderim Ginger" in its town.

The Ginger factory has been extensively written up by another member but in the end I decided it seemed wrong somehow for me to ignore this interesting place all together.

So here ar a few photos of the shopping opportunities

What to buy: There are a variety of shops here....The Dolls Cottage has an extensive range...you can buy Daniel O'Donnell music...a variety of sweets and today David came home with a replica of a pink cadillac ...shades of our visit to the Elvis festival in Parkes N.S.W.

Just inside the main entrance to the Ginger Factory itself is the main shop selling ginger and much more.

Your 'buying fingers' will itch ...but remember to look for light delights if you have a plane flight home looming...or else find a post office. ...actually the Ginger Factory may well help you out with shipping.
