When out and about for a fun day at the beach ALWAYS make sure that you use a strong sunscreen for skin protection. Just laying out in the sun on your beach towel "soaking up the rays"is really "cool" but overexposure is extremely dangerous IMPORTANTLY Make sure that the areas you cover include your nose and the tops of your ears. These are among the most prevelant areas of skin cancers.
