11o Sports Café: "Top quality dim sum" Kuala Belait Restaurant Tip by colin_bramso

The restaurant is in Plaza Sutera Biru hotel and is in two separate parts, one in the hotel's lobby and the other just outside over the river, with terrace and rooftop areas.

They have a large menu including various stir-fry and steamed options, noodles and rice dishes. The dim sum section has a good selection including my favourites, pau and yam cakes.

On Sunday mornings the restaurant is full with local people, always a good sign of quality, who come in for the dim sum menu.

Staff struggle with English, some more than others, but are always polite, attentive and they do their best.

Favorite Dish: We like fried rice with egg & vegetables, chicken paprik, chicken with special spicy sauce.

For dim sum we have wu kok (yam cakes), char sieu pau (bbq beef in a steamed dumpling),
lotus leaf rice (sticky rice, meat & vegetables wrapped in lotus leaf).
