Brasserie Ploegmans: "How do they do it so well?" Brasserie Ploegmans Tip by steedappeal
Brasserie Ploegmans, Brussels: 1 reviews and 1 photos
On a deserted stretch of the Marolles, this was one of the few places packed (on a Saturday night when most every one is out of town). This is the best dinning experience I have had EVER of this type. Very local dishes served in a rustic setting. Amazingly, just one chef, a dish washer, waiter and bar host kept the food flying from the kitchen. What a memorable experience for my last night in Brussels, November 2011.
Favorite Dish: Deer caparccio.
Address: 148, rue Haute
Price Comparison: more expensive than average
Directions: In the heart of the Marolles.
Phone: 02 503 21 24
Price: US$41 and up
