The Tour Camoufle was built in 1437 and used as an artillery tower. The name of the tower is the nickname of a then-famous artillery soldier. It was part of the city defense line and stands now on a traffic island at Avenue Foch. This avenue was built on the same line where you could once find the ramparts of the city defence line. In 2006, it was largely restored.

Address: Place Camouflé, 57000 Metz, France
Directions: Avenue Foch, close to Porte Serpenoise
