As a lover of Roses and any Flowers or Gardens, I was very happy to find the Haigerloch Rose festival was on the day we were there!

It is held in the Haigerlocher Rose garden, which was only made in 2007. Already, there are 10,000 Roses of 400 different varieties on display, and they were all flowering beautifully for the Festival. It is the only Rose garden between Stuttgart and Lake Constance.
Rose plants were for sale, also garden ornaments like the pigs, and of course fertilizers and other items to do with gardens.
I saw Rose varieties here that I hadn't seen before. The district must be a good area for growing Roses.
