Hotel does not care about Guest Experience. My friend was staying at this hotel and was mugged (wallet stolen) and Hotel Frank did not care about helping out a guest in a time of need. The hotel manager refused to directly speak with him on the phone and used a housekeeper for communication. I had to order domino's online to ensure my friend could eat that day! The way he was treated made him feel even worse than he already did. Please refuse to stay at this hotel and go to the J.W. Marriott. At least that way you could ensure to speak with customer service at a corporate level.

Unique Qualities: Staff doesn't care about its guests.
