The ELCT Bukoba was a great place to stay.
The rooms are very nicely sized, especially for such cheap prices. The bathroom is large, with hot water for showers. The beds are comfortable and every room has a TV. They also have a great selection of food, all of which is delicious. Also, an internet room is available for use.

There are multiple buildings of rooms, creating cute little pathways on the grounds of the hotel. The hotel is gated, however, and very safe. A guard is on-duty at all times to ensure further security (though it's not in a dangerous area).
Also, the gift shop is very nice. You can purchase Tanzania flag shirts (the green, black, blue striped ones that are often seen on calendars, yet are nearly impossible to find!) and other Tanzania-themed items for very reasonable prices.

The location is also very agreeable, as it is in a quiet section of Bukoba and very close to Bukoba airport. It's about a 5 minute walk to the shores of Lake Victoria, and equally about a 5 minute walk to the busier section of Bukoba.

Also, it's very cheap. You can get a single room for as little as $13 USD.

Unique Qualities: Delicious buffet-style food, internet room, and just a 5 minute walk to Lake Victoria!

Address: Bukoba, Tanzania
Directions: Very close to Bukoba Airport, Kaitaba Stadium, and Lake Victoria in Bukoba.
