"Close to station" Hotel Scott House Tip by faiyeung

Hotel Scott House, Rome: 422 reviews and 0 photos

The location is very good as it is only a few minutes walk from Termini station.
The building is quite old and the lift is small and old that it can just fit in two persons with luggages. It happened once the lift was being held by someone and we have to walked up to the 5th floor at 10 pm.
The room we stayed is facing the main road so it is very noisy, we could hear the traffic noise through out the night even with the window closed.
The staff at the reception counter are friendly in general except one guy (his name is Franco). He is a bit rude and snobby. He got impatient after we asked a few questions when we checked in. He even refused to help when we complained about a leaking shower the next day.
The price we paid seems too high even though it is closed to the station.

Unique Qualities: The breakfast is good and the lady attending the kitchen provides very good service.
