the william kimbrough pendelton house is one of a number of historic and architectually significant homes in eustis. the original house was a frame vernacular house built in 1876. william kimbrough pendelton built additions to the house in 1886 and named it "the palms". this interesting queen anne style home is listed on the national register of historic places. not open to the public.
