This was one of the hotels that I stayed in on one of my recent visits to Saigon (HCMC) ..as I usually stay in the Pham Ngu Lao area of the city in district one which I find is a handy location...The location of this hotel was perfect for me..

Unique Qualities: This hotel offers good security with clean rooms and ammenities..my room was air conditioned has cable TV, as I was on the third floor it was reasonably quiet, The room had a double bed with an ensuite with hot and cold water...There is also a lift..(that works) it offers free internet and the tarriff is very reasonable for what it is.

Of course if you are staying more than O/night or a couple of days bargain for a better price for the week..depending on your bargaining skills you will get a reasonable reduction on the price.
There is also room downstairs (very rare ) to park your motor cycle or pushbike.
