"Akureyri Museum" Iceland Things to Do Tip by Skibbe

Iceland Things to Do: 998 reviews and 2,342 photos

Covers the history of the city and development in the area since the Vikings. Lots of old photos, which I always love looking at. When I was there, they had an interesting exhibition on the "hidden people" and other folk lore.

It is next to the Nonni House and you get a discount by buying tickets to both at once.

Address: 58 Adalstraeti
Directions: Between the main part of the city and the airport.
