On the ground floor of The Blue lagoon by the entrance there is a The Blue Lagoon shop which sells all of their products. The Blue Lagoon products can also be bought on-line on their website.

Some of the Asian visitors have bought hundreds of silica mud-masks and sell them at home as a "Forever young mask".

The store also sells various other stuff, including clothes and lovely boots, an Icelandic design, some of the boots are made out of fish-skin which is becoming increasingly popular and one can buy purses as well made out of fish-skin in their shop. It looks like snake-skin.

The Blue lagoon products are all but cheap though.

To leave The Blue lagoon you have to walk through the Blue lagoon store to get to the entrance door. I found this a bit funny, the main entrance door is now only used for people for entering the lagoon and another door has been made for people leaving - so that you have to enter the store like it or not. This is new (2011) - here I was leaving and saw a "no entry" sign on the main door and did not fathom what was going on. Until I realized that this is a sale´s trick to make people buy Blue lagoon products in the store. Not that their products aren´t fantastic... but I prefer leaving by the main-entrance...
