YMCA building is An elaborate architectural structure that includes hotels, halls, sports and culture and an observation tower from which a panoramic view of the whole city of Jerusalem.
This building was inaugurated in 1933 in the Jerusalem office of the Association of YMCA International Founded in London in 1878. The reason for the international YMCA is to develop the character of its members and their culture, and cultivate the culture of the body of all ages regardless of religion, race, and nationality. All while maintaining a task without any political affiliation. Special attention is devoted to the encounter between different ethnic groups and races under one roof. Membership must respect the beliefs of all members, who received as a member undertakes to keep all the regulations.
April 1933 saw the inauguration of the YMCA in Jerusalem by the British Hfidlmrsl Edmund Allenby. This building is considered to the world's most beautiful YMCA. Building full of ornaments - statues, reliefs, inscriptions and titles, which reflect the central message and his deep attachment to the Bible. When to go? Monday - Sat, between 09:00 - 14:00. The pool is open between the hours of 05:30 to 21:30.
