What to buy: If you need stamps the only place to buy them is at the post office. The main office is at pl Tsentralna. As you enter there is a kiosk at your right where you can buy stamps, but the staff is most probably not English speaking at all.
It is open every day except Sunday, on Saturday untill 19.00, weekdays even longer.
Directions: Along the pedestrian street in the city centre.
