Favorite thing: The Cats of Parliament or The Parliamentary Cats are a collection of stray cats living in the precinct of Parliament Hill.
The care of the cats is carried out by volunteers, and funded purely by donation.

The first set of cold weather shelters was build in the mid-1980s, some of which are still extant.

The colony is located west of the Centre Block and the statue of Alexander Mackenzie.

Fondest memory: mmm... we wanted to see The Cats of Parliament but found another cat food lovers only.
