Kansas City sports a chocolateer that is well trained and extremely gifted. I recommend that any vest to Kansas City include a sampling of his offerings.

He uses the finest base ingredients and a fair amount of creativity to produce cordials of the highest quality. They equal and or exceed the very finest chocolates that I have tried in Europe.

So do not miss his shop. It is well staffed with friendly knowledgeable people and a great selection. Sold individually or in a box you fill with your selections it makes a great high toned gift or just a small wonderful treat

What to buy: I recommend any seasonal offering. The rosemary caramel has to be my favorite.

What to pay: $s5From a couple of bucks to however much you can stand
