Gostina Porec: "Solid Choice" Donji Milanovac Restaurant Tip by tayloretc

Donji Milanovac Restaurants: 5 reviews and 5 photos

This is a large restaurant next to the pier, with what looks like seating for about a hundred people. There are large covered patios on two sides – on the pedestrian street and on the other side, facing the river – with inside seating in the middle.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times, and often get things for takeout. They do good grilled fish and meats (especially pork), and good fresh salads. The times I’ve eaten in, the service has been okay, but there was a long wait when it was busy (to be fair, there were several larger groups there that day and only one server). Takeout has always been quick. Portions are large enough that I’ve always ended up with a second serving.

A lot of cyclists and people on the river cruises stop here to eat, or just for a beer, so there can be an interesting mix of people.
