Alte Residenz is a nice place with seats outdoor in front of restaurant's entry under a few trees, and along the main road of Paderborn's Neuhaus. Pretty noisy but still very nice to dine out there since it's joy to visit in Paderborn anyway, also Alte Residenz is located right around the Neuhaus Castle. Restaurant's atmosphere, service, and waitresses are nice, and so is the food. Their fillets of pork with leaf spinach and fries were definitively good, and recommendable. Less tasty was their Berliner Weisse.
