"Adequate hotel near Termini" Bettoja Atlantico Hotel Tip by iblatt
Bettoja Atlantico Hotel, Rome: 459 reviews and 5 photos
There are three Bettoja hotels on Via Cavour, a one minute walk from the Termini station: Bettoja Hotel Atlantico, Mediterraneo (next door to the Atlantico) and Massimo d'Azeglio (across the street). I stayed at the Atlantico, which is the smallest and least expensive of the three.
Overall: not an exciting hotel, but clean, pleasant and quite adeqaute. There is a small lobby, with one receptionist who also serves as concierge. He was friendly and helpful and quite knowledgeable. The small cage-like elevator had a quaint European look, and for a small hotel it was never too busy.
My room was medium-size and comfortable, with ample hanging space and drawers and a safe deposit box. The bathroom was modern and spotless.
Breakfast was served in a joint didnig room dor the Atlantico and Mediterraneo, and was quite varied and tasty.
Unique Qualities: The location is very convenient: although not the most beautiful or romantic part of the city, it's easy to go anywhere you want in Rome from Termini.
