The Ermitage Hotel: "The Ermitage Hotel" Uruguay Hotel Tip by malianrob

We stayed at the Ermitage Hotel for about days while we were in Montevideo. The first thing is the staff: We got the best customer service, everyone was so pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and comfortable while we were there. We were upgraded to a suite maybe because we came during low season. The suite was a two bedroom one bath. We had a tv, fridge, balcony with great views. One block from the beach. Its a three star hotel that blew away the three star hotels in Argentina and in Brazil which we had stayed at. I liked the location because we were close to the beach and restaurants, banks, and a residential area that had a farmers market.
The one thing that the hotel didnt have which would have been nice if I came during the summer would be a pool. But we were close to the beach so I guess thats not too much of a big deal.
