I was finding it a bit of a challenge to feed a picky 17 year old in Paris so I was thrilled when she mentioned that she liked fondue as it's one of my favorites and it's easy to find in Paris. Armed with a recommendation for L 'Assiette aux Fromages (thanks Roadquill!), we headed over to the rue Mouffetard and had our only memorable meal in Paris. When I returned with my husband in September 2011, we ate here again, just as nice as the 1st time. The service was very friendly and fast.

Favorite Dish: We ordered the Fondue aux trois fromages or three cheese fondue (14? per person), there was more than we could finish. The cheese blend was delicious, I remember seeing gruyere and emmental as two of the cheeses. The give you bread, potatoes and pickles to dip in the fondue.
