Housekeeping Camp, Yosemite National Park: 135 reviews and 11 photos
We didn't stay at this camp but one day we took a shower there, (public showers available for a few $$) and we saw this river next to a sand area surrounded by beautiful scenery of tall trees. So the next day our whole family decided to go spend the afternoon there with the kids. There is a beautiful bridge to cross to reach the sand area, water was freezing, I mean to the point of getting cramps, but it was a fun time for the kids to just float around on their inflatable boats and get their ankles wet.
