The pedestrian crossings (the Zebras) have absolutely no meaning In Catania (in the hole Italy maybe). Be careful when crossing over :)))
But, the funny italian way, (this is for women usualy ;-)), while you can be rushed on the zebras, cars (and buses) will stop in places where you least expect, to let you cross :))
