Sauceman's: "Sugar Biscuits from Heaven" Charlotte Restaurant Tip by rawlins

Sauceman's is a family friendly restaurant located in the historic South End area of Charlotte. It's a very American restaurant selling barbeque, chicken and pizza. The people there are all super nice and willing to help with anything. You order at the counter, then sit down and someone brings you out your food. It's a cozy atmosphere in with lots of booths and televisions. The parking situation is not great though, since it has a tiny lot attached to the side of the building. Sometimes crossing traffic to get in the lot can be hard.
Favorite Dish: Their crowing glory besides their tasty ribs are their sugar biscuits. They are fried dough balls that are then rolled in sugar, and they are like little pillows of heaven. They melt in your mouth and make you want to smile.
The ribs were also super tasty and fell right off the bone.
