Student Agency's big yellow coaches run frequently and cheaply to a number of destinations around Europe, including - UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.

Coach travel is always long winded and monotonous, but Student Agency at least try to provide some comfort for those hefty trips. The vehicles are air conditioned and have comfy leather seats; there is a stewardess who will occasionally offer you something to drink, and movies are played on the drop down screens, although these are more often than not in Czech.

Prices start at 950czk for trips as far afield as London, Paris or Rome, and tickets are cheaper if you book them 30 days in advance. Discounts for students are also available.

The coaches leave from the bus terminal outside the Grand Hotel on Benešova; they run fairly frequently, especially to closer destinations such as Prague, Vienna or Bratislava. The buses also run to internal cities such as Olomouc, Liberec, and Karlovy Vary.

There is a ticket office & booth at the bus station, but the people are far more helpful at their location on Namesti Svobody, easily identifiable by the huge yellow Student Agency banners hanging outside.
