This rooftop bar was new in 2010 and quickly joined the ranks of best places high above the pavement to hang out in the sun. From the patio, you get a nice view of downtown and they have a better-than-usual bar menu and regular Happy Hours - including cut-rate drinks all day on Sunday. It's in the Uptown area; hop the glass SkyCar elevator at Cafeteria restaurant (also good) to ascend to the clouds and one hip place to tilt a glass during the summer.
