the lincoln park is a huge swathe of land in the western side of san francisco (that was formerly a cemetery) near the presidio and among it's star attractions beside the golf links are the huge Palace of Legion of Honor Complex and Lands End. Lincoln Park is everything on the San Francisco side of the Coast Trail and is 138 acres of parkland which includes Fort Miley, the Fort Miley Veterans Hospital, The Palace of the Legion of Honor, and the Lincoln Municipal Golf Course. If you are a fit person and likes to walk at lot, you can do a brisk walk around the park on the winding and elevated roads in it to go the nice areas. You can start walking from Ocean beach up to the Presidio while passing through the various areas of Lincoln Park since the admission is free.
