The hotel is a round 20 story building that has gone through several reincarnations, including Holiday Inn. It's now a Crown Plaza and seems to have been updated from that version. The hotel floor plan is a circle and, on the main floor, pretty confusing. It's location right next to I-81 means it's noisy, even for me on the 18th floor. They did include a little package which included earplugs, an eye shade and a small aroma spray.

The room was very fine, but my TV was unplugged and housekeeping had not properly serviced the coffee supplies. My first day they didn't come by to makeup the room until 4pm, when I was grabbing a nap. To be fair the TV was fixed once I mentioned it and they did clean my room earlier on the second day at my request.

There is free WiFi throughout the building as well as a computer and printer in the lobby for printing, although it was out of service when I wanted to do my boarding pass.

Unique Qualities: It's a circular building. Views vary although I enjoyed my view of I-81 and the old State Tower Building. It is also within an easy walk of the Everson Art Museum.
