This pizzeria is right in the main square of the Village at the top side. From the parking under the main church you have to walk uphill all the way or, more conveniently, park your car in the upper west parking lot.
The pizzeria has a small indoor dining area with wooden benches and table and a nice old bar counter. During summer they use a small outdoor area too right in front of the bank, they have sun umbrella to protect you from the sun during the day and humidity at night. The area outdoor does not have much artificial light so they use candles creating a nice romantic atmosphere.
They have a selection of pizza, bruschetta and salads in their menu along with some small appetizers such local salami, prosciutto and little more. They serve draft beer and local wine.

Favorite Dish: We had Pizza Diavola that is with hot salami and we asked to add some mushrooms.
The crust was perfect, thin but not saggy and the hot salami was actually hot not blend like we often found it.
Along with two medium Paulaner beer from the draft the bill was 24 euros in 2011.

Address: Piazza San Marco 4 Arqua Petrarca
Comparison: about average
Directions: It is right in the main upper square of the village, before you turn to go see Petrarca house.
You can't miss it as the village is really small
