The very small village of Potamitissa although it has no architecture style, and with very few inhabitants has become one of my favourite.

I have visited it twice in less than two months and I find peace and quiet out there.

It is the beautiful suround area and the lush vegetation, the view I have of the village probably from the hotel where I usually stay that makes it so beautiful. (Ambelikos hotel).

I can take both long and short walks. My long walk is towards the village of Pelendri and back.
I was there 2 weeks ago (March) and the trees were in full blossom and the whole atmosphere was magic. I could hear the gurlging of the water below and the singig of birds while walking.
If you want to relax and find some peace and quite, or if you want to do short trips to the nearby villages of Pitsilia or the Troodos resort, come here.
(See some photos)

Directions: Potamitissa is a small village very near the village of Pelendri.
