Does it snow in Vietnam? Not quite but there is always Binh Quoi Tourist Village and the hall of ice carvings, phone number: 899-1831. It's located near the Saigon River on a peninsula. It's a park with water rides, puppet shows, boat rides, eateries, tennis courts, and sculptured ice carvings of everything from Buddah to Santa Clause. Upon entering they issue you a big thick jacket for feer without it you'd freeze to death. It really isn't a bad place to get away from the crowds. I found it pretty relaxing but just a tad tacky.
